SPIRIT
Spirit
If you were to read a book that contains a short description of all the sacred writings known to humanity you would find that each belief system has a different creation story and end of time story. They have different perceptions of heaven and hell. They have different concepts of worship. The one thing they do have in common is the belief that we are spirits having a physical experience.
Spirit is our natural form of being.
When we acknowledge our spirit, we acknowledge our higher self, our true self.
I am a true believer that our spirits came here to gain experiential knowledge.
The evolution of our spirit over countless incarnations is our true lifetime. This current life is only one chapter in our progression towards enlightenment.
Our body is our avatar. It is the vehicle that our spirit uses to experience the physical realm. It comes with a “best before,” and an “expiry date.” If it did not it would become a prison for our soul.
We are at our best when our mind is in tune with our spirit and its mission here on earth. It needs us to focus on helping it have the best opportunity to learn and grow.
Our spirit holds the collective wisdom from many lifetimes before this one. This forms our intuition, that little voice inside our head that tries to steer us in the right direction.
Our spirit also feels psychological pain. When we experience traumatic events or moments of elation, a piece of our spirit can break away from us and live in the energy of the traumatic event in an endless loop in time.
This soul fragment is in a state of constant suffering, and because we are connected to it, a part of us is in constant psychological pain. This is how an event that happened many years ago can still have an impact on us in our daily lives.
The shaman is guided into the darkness to find these lost fragments of our soul and bring them a healing. Once they have been brought back into the light, they are escorted back into our body. Once this healing journey is accomplished, we can begin to heal from the effects of past trauma.
It is the oldest form of mental health therapy on earth.
It is known as soul piece retrieval.
