Energy healing is a holistic approach to wellbeing that encompasses the energetic health of the mind, body and spirit. If you’re new to the concept of energy healing, I like to start by introducing the belief that there is a life force that drives all living things (i.e. “Universal Life Force”).
This source of energy is accessible to every individual, and can be channeled into the body by a skilled practitioner, to revitalise the body’s energy systems.
